Students in Kindergarten discussed the importance of Remembrance Day and why we wear a
poppy.
This inspired us to study the work of artist Georgia O’Keeffe,
who is known for her paintings of poppies.
Children began
making their own poppy paintings in the style of Georgia O’Keeffe.
