On March 8th the first group of Kindergarten students took part in
a fun-filled day at Kortright Centre. As part of the Maple Syrup Festival, each
class went on a guided walk through one of the many trails. The students loved
discovering nature while learning how maple syrup is made. Many children were
excited about what they saw and heard, shared new wonderings and could not stop
talking about the delicious and sweet real maple syrup that they tried. It was
